Nilotinib side effect was reported by a Physician from KOREA, REPUBLIC OF on Feb 12, 2008. Male patient, 60 years of age, weighting 194.0 lb, was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukaemia and was treated with Nilotinib. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatine phosphokinase mb abnormal, dyspnoea, electrocardiogram qt prolonged, hyperbilirubinaemia, left ventricular hypertrophy, leukocytosis. Nilotinib dosage: 800MG DAILY. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
