Nilotinib side effect was reported by a Physician from FRANCE on May 14, 2008. Male patient, 78 years of age, weighting 180.8 lb, was diagnosed with gastrointestinal stromal tumour and was treated with Nilotinib. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain What is  abdominal pain, anorexia, asthenia, constipation What is  constipation, gastrointestinal toxicity, subileus. Nilotinib dosage: 800 MG,. During the same period patient was treated with NILOTINIB VS IMATINIB, ALFUZOSIN, DEBRIDAT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Nilotinib side effect was reported by a Physician from SPAIN on Jan 16, 2008. Male patient, 70 years of age, weighting 132.3 lb, was diagnosed with gastrointestinal stromal tumour and was treated with Nilotinib. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain What is  abdominal pain, anorexia, cardiac failure, concomitant disease progression, fatigue, hepatic failure, malignant neoplasm progression, mental status changes. Nilotinib dosage: 800 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with FUROSEMIDE, INSULIN, ASPIRIN, SUNITINIB MALATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 11/08/2007.
