After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, anion gap increased, asthenia, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood lactic acid increased, blood pressure diastolic decreased, blood pressure systolic decreased, bundle branch block left, cardiac enzymes increased.
