Nicardipine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Jan 09, 2006. Female patient, 24 years of age, was diagnosed with threatened labour and was treated with Nicardipine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal haematoma, aortic dilatation, atrial fibrillation , bicuspid aortic valve, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, c-reactive protein increased, interstitial lung disease, mitral valve incompetence. Nicardipine dosage: 1.5 MG; QH; IV. During the same period patient was treated with BETAMETHASONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
