Female patient, weighting 2.65 lb, was diagnosed with premature labour, hiv infection  and was treated with Nicardipine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, apgar score low, gait disturbance, necrotising enterocolitis neonatal, premature baby, speech disorder developmental, thrombocythaemia. Nicardipine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with INVIRASE, BACTRIM, RETROVIR, NORVIR, ZERIT, VIDEX, TRIFLUCAN, CELESTENE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
