Niastase side effect was reported by a Physician from on Apr 26, 2005. Female patient, 66 years of age, weighting 207.2 lb, was diagnosed with off label use and was treated with Niastase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: portal vein thrombosis. Niastase dosage: 2 DOSES OF 4.8 MG. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
