After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood glucose decreased, dizziness , face oedema, hepatic enzyme increased, international normalised ratio increased, myocardial infarction, nausea , prothrombin time prolonged, pruritus. Niaspan dosage: 4000MG DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with LIPITOR, EVISTA, RESTASIS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
