Niacin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on May 09, 2008. Female patient, 55 years of age, weighting 198.0 lb, was diagnosed with high density lipoprotein abnormal and was treated with Niacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: fatigue. Niacin dosage: 250 MG 1 PER DAY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Niacin dosage: 1000 MG. BID PO. Patient recovered.
