Nevirapine Side Effects Report #4839979-2
Nevirapine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Nov 16, 2005. Male patient was diagnosed with prophylaxis against hiv infection , human immunodeficiency virus transmission and was treated with Nevirapine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dehydration, gastroenteritis . Nevirapine dosage: 2 MG/KG. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

During the same period patient was treated with ZIDOVUDINE. Patient died.

Nevirapine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROXYUREA, LAMIVUDINE. Patient died on 03/01/2000.
