Female patient, 61 years of age, was diagnosed with peripheral blood stem cell apheresis and was treated with Neupogen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, anuria, condition aggravated, hepatic haemorrhage, hypotension, shoulder pain, splenic rupture, splenomegaly. Neupogen dosage: 10 MG/KG, SC. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, HEPARIN. Patient died.
