Male patient, 74 years of age, weighting 180.1 lb, was diagnosed with cardiac failure and was treated with Nesiritide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, brain natriuretic peptide abnormal, cardiac failure congestive, condition aggravated, hypertensive crisis. Nesiritide dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
