Nesiritide side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Aug 11, 2005. Male patient, 75 years of age, weighting 180.2 lb, was diagnosed with cardiac failure congestive, gout
and was treated with Nesiritide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, aortic atherosclerosis, arrhythmia
, arthralgia, blood pressure systolic increased, blood uric acid increased, body temperature decreased, brain natriuretic peptide increased, cardiac failure congestive. Nesiritide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with COLCHICINE, ALLOPURINOL, WARFARIN, HYDRALAZINE, LEVOTHYROXINE, BISOPROLOL, PANTOPRAZOLE, VALSARTAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
