Female patient, 61 years of age, weighting 143.3 lb, was diagnosed with rotator cuff repair and was treated with Neostigmine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure increased, cardiac arrest
, heart rate increased, hypercapnia, neuromuscular block prolonged, somnolence. Neostigmine dosage: 42.6 MG/KG; X1; IV. During the same period patient was treated with CLONIDINE, FENTANYL, ROPIVACAINE, PROPOFOL, ROCURONIUM BROMIDE, SEVOFLURANE, DEXAMETHASONE, ONDANSETRON.
