Neostigmine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on June 06, 2005. Male patient, 89 years of age, weighting 165.3 lb, was diagnosed with gastrointestinal motility disorder and was treated with Neostigmine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: fistula What is  fistula, intestinal perforation. Neostigmine dosage: 1 MG EVERY 6 HOURS. During the same period patient was treated with METOCLOPRAMIDE, LEVOTHYROXINE, DARBOPOEITIN, ALLOPURINOL, HYDROCORTISONE, ALBUTEROL SULPHATE AND IPRATROPIUM BROMIDE, CIPROFLOXACIN, LINEZOLID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
