Neostigmine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Mar 12, 2008. Female patient, 85 years of age, weighting 124.0 lb, was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis and was treated with Neostigmine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diarrhoea, dizziness
, heart rate decreased, hyperhidrosis, nausea
, salivary hypersecretion. Neostigmine dosage: 2 MG FIRST DOSE IVP. During the same period patient was treated with PYRIDOSTIGMINE BROMIDE. Patient recovered.
