After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: erythema, mastitis, necrosis, pain , post procedural complication, skin graft, skin inflammation, wound drainage. Neosporin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with POLYSPORIN OINTMENT, ATORVASTATIN, ROFECOXIB, BENAZEPRIL, OXYCODONE HYDROCHLORIDE AND ACETAMINOPHEN.
