Female patient, 49 years of age, was diagnosed with postoperative care, keratoconjunctivitis sicca and was treated with Neomycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: eye irritation, eyelid disorder, lacrimation increased, nasal congestion, vision blurred. Neomycin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SIMILASAN, TYLENOL, CEPHALEXIN MONOHYDRATE. Patient recovered.
