Nelfinavir side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Jan 29, 2008. Female patient, 33 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection  and was treated with Nelfinavir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disseminated intravascular coagulation, premature rupture of membranes, pulmonary embolism , threatened labour. Nelfinavir dosage: DAILY DOSE:2500MG-FREQ:INTERVAL: EVERYDAY. During the same period patient was treated with NELFINAVIR MESILATE, NELFINAVIR MESILATE, NELFINAVIR MESILATE, RETROVIR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
