Female patient, 65 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection , squamous cell carcinoma and was treated with Nelfinavir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diarrhoea, urinary tract infection . Nelfinavir dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CISPLATIN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, diarrhoea, dizziness , eosinophil percentage increased, fibrin degradation products increased, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, gingival bleeding, haemarthrosis. Nelfinavir dosage: 750 MG (250 MG, 3 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with SAQUINAVIR, ZALCITABINE, DICLOFENAC, INDINIVIR SULPHATE, LAMIVUDINE, STAVUDINE, SULFAMETHOXAZOLE, DIFLUCAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
