Nelfinavir side effect was reported by a Physician from on May 24, 2005. Male patient, 51 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection  and was treated with Nelfinavir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, dysphagia, muscular weakness, polymyositis. Nelfinavir dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZIDOVUDINE, LAMIVUDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Nelfinavir side effect was reported by a Physician from FRANCE on Mar 01, 2006. Female patient, 36 years of age, was diagnosed with hepatitis c , hiv infection  and was treated with Nelfinavir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adrenal insufficiency, affective disorder, alopecia, asthenia, blood lactic acid decreased, constipation , diabetes mellitus, diarrhoea, hypothyroidism. Nelfinavir dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NELFINAVIR MESILATE, ZIDOVUDINE, DIDANOSINE, INDINAVIR, STAVUDINE, LAMIVUDINE, EFAVIRENZ, ABACAVIR. Patient recovered.
