Nelfinavir side effect was reported by a Health Professional from BELGIUM on May 26, 2006. Female patient, 38 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection What is  hiv infection and was treated with Nelfinavir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ascites, coagulation factor vii level increased, coagulation factor viii level increased, haematemesis, hepatosplenomegaly, homocystinaemia, hypochromic anaemia, hypotension, inflammation. Nelfinavir dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SAQUINAVIR, RITONAVIR, INDINAVIR, AMPRENAVIR, ABACAVIR, LOPINAVIR, STAVUDINE, CABERGOLINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Nelfinavir side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Jan 25, 2008. Male patient, 54 years of age, was treated with Nelfinavir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ascites, dehydration, liposarcoma recurrent, malignant neoplasm progression, pleural effusion, respiratory failure. Nelfinavir dosage: 2125 MG BID. Patient died.
