Nelfinavir side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from CANADA on June 23, 2008. Male patient, 45 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection , castleman's disease and was treated with Nelfinavir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal discomfort, anaemia, febrile neutropenia, pyrexia. Nelfinavir dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RITUXIMAB, LIPOSOMALMULATION OF DOXORUBICIN, DEXAMETHASONE, ZIDOVUDINE, LAMIVUDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, weighting 2.34 lb, was diagnosed with hiv infection  and was treated with Nelfinavir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, foetal growth retardation, shock. Nelfinavir dosage: DAILY DOSE:2500MG-FREQ:INTERVAL: EVERY DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ZIDOVUDINE, LAMIVUDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
