Nelarabine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from FRANCE on Oct 01, 2007. Male patient, 49 years of age, weighting 187.4 lb, was diagnosed with bone marrow transplant
and was treated with Nelarabine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: gait disturbance, hypoaesthesia, myelitis, neuropathy, paraesthesia, somnolence, spinal cord disorder, urinary retention. Nelarabine dosage: 1500MGM2 PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, CYTARABINE, ENDOXAN, TOTAL BODY IRRADIATION. Patient recovered.
