Nelarabine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from FRANCE on Sept 21, 2007. Male patient, 49 years of age, weighting 187.4 lb, was diagnosed with bone marrow transplant
and was treated with Nelarabine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: gait disturbance, hypoaesthesia, loss of proprioception, myelitis, neuropathy, paraesthesia, somnolence, spinal cord disorder, urinary retention. Nelarabine dosage: 1500MGM2 PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, CYTARABINE, ENDOXAN, TOTAL BODY IRRADIATION. Nelarabine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on May 15, 2007. Male patient, 14 years of age, weighting 100.1 lb, was diagnosed with infection prophylaxis and was treated with Nelarabine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: gait disturbance, incoherent, leukaemia recurrent, neurotoxicity, somnolence, speech disorder. Nelarabine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VORICONAZOLE, VIRAMUNE, NEXIUM, NEURONTIN, TRUVADA, PREDNISONE, KYTRIL. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient died on 02/01/2007.
