Nelarabine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from FRANCE on Mar 27, 2008. Male patient, 49 years of age, weighting 187.4 lb, was diagnosed with bone marrow transplant  and was treated with Nelarabine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: gait disturbance, hypoaesthesia, myelitis, neurogenic bladder, neuropathy peripheral, paraesthesia, polyneuropathy, residual urine, somnolence. Nelarabine dosage: 1500MGM2 PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, ARACYTINE, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, TOTAL BODY IRRADIATION. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ataxia , balance disorder, cachexia, gait disturbance, muscle atrophy, paraesthesia, polyneuropathy. Nelarabine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VFEND, SANDIMMUNE, TAVANIC, CIPRALEX, TRAMADOL, ACETAMINOPHEN, OXASCAND, ZOLPIDEM TARTRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 18 years of age, weighting 165.3 lb, was diagnosed with bone marrow transplant  and was treated with Nelarabine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ataxia , dysaesthesia, myelitis transverse, polyneuropathy, quadriplegia. Nelarabine dosage: 650MGM2 PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with FLUDARABINE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
