Nelarabine Side Effects Report #5376904-2
Nelarabine side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on June 28, 2007. Male patient, 19 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with t-cell type acute leukaemia and was treated with Nelarabine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, hypoaesthesia, hypotonia, neuropathy, sensory loss. Nelarabine dosage: 1090 MG QD IV. During the same period patient was treated with VINCRISTINE, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, CYTARABINE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

and was treated with Nelarabine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: gait disturbance, hypoaesthesia, loss of proprioception, myelitis, neuropathy, paraesthesia, somnolence, spinal cord disorder, urinary retention. Nelarabine dosage: 1500MGM2 PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, CYTARABINE, ENDOXAN, TOTAL BODY IRRADIATION. Nelarabine dosage: 1500MGM2 PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, ARACYTINE, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, TOTAL BODY IRRADIATION. Patient recovered.
