Nelarabine Side Effects Report #5623124-X
Nelarabine side effect was reported by a Physician from ITALY on Feb 08, 2008. Male patient, 34 years of age, weighting 167.6 lb, was diagnosed with infection prophylaxis, thrombosis prophylaxis and was treated with Nelarabine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: areflexia, ataxia , gait disturbance, neurological symptom, no therapeutic response, paraesthesia, paraplegia, peripheral motor neuropathy, peripheral sensory neuropathy. Nelarabine dosage: 1500MGM2 CYCLIC. During the same period patient was treated with BACTRIM, CLEXANE, ZYLORIC, MERCAPTOPURINE. Patient recovered.
