Male patient, 56 years of age, was diagnosed with pleural mesothelioma malignant and was treated with Navelbine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ascites, nephropathy toxic, performance status decreased, pleural effusion, renal failure acute. Navelbine dosage: 30 MG/M2, CYCLICAL INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with CISPLATIN. Patient recovered.
