Male patient, 81 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis, renal disorder and was treated with Natrecor. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: groin pain, iatrogenic injury, off label use, procedural complication. Natrecor dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
