After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: carotid artery stenosis, coma, erythema, fall , rash , syncope, toxic shock syndrome. Nasonex dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLONASE, SYNTHROID. Patient recovered.
