Male patient, 93 years of age, was diagnosed with pain , spinal compression fracture and was treated with Naproxen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: gastric ulcer haemorrhage, hypotension, mallory-weiss syndrome. Naproxen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
