Male patient, 38 years of age, was diagnosed with depressed mood, detoxification and was treated with Naltrexone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, diarrhoea, dyspnoea, epilepsy , muscle spasms, muscle twitching, pain in extremity, pupil fixed. Naltrexone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MIRTAZAPINE, METHADONE, ALCOHOL. Patient recovered.
