After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: buttock pain, c-reactive protein increased, discomfort, hyperhidrosis, inadequate analgesia, intervertebral disc protrusion, pyrexia, red blood cell sedimentation rate increased, sacroiliitis. Naltrexone dosage: 50 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with VENLAFAXINE, TRAMADOL, DIAZEPAM, INDOMETHACIN, HEROIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
