Naltrexone side effect was reported by a Physician from on May 17, 2005. Female patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with pruritus and was treated with Naltrexone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, anxiety What is  anxiety, aphagia, condition aggravated, confusional state, frequent bowel movements, hyperhidrosis, nausea What is  nausea. Naltrexone dosage: UP TO 400 MG, DAILY, PO. During the same period patient was treated with PROMETHAZINE, GLIMEPIRIDE, NIFEDIPINE, FUROSEMIDE, DIGOXIN, METOPROLOL, LOSARTAN POTASSIUM, LACTITOL. Patient died.

During the same period patient was treated with GABAPENTIN, HYDROXYZINE, RELAFEN, ZOLOFT, BACTRIUM, ULTRAM, VENTOLIN. Patient recovered.

Naltrexone side effect was reported by a Physician from AUSTRALIA on June 07, 2006. Female patient, 26 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was treated with Naltrexone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: buttock pain, c-reactive protein increased, discomfort, hyperhidrosis, inadequate analgesia, intervertebral disc protrusion, pyrexia, red blood cell sedimentation rate increased, sacroiliitis. Naltrexone dosage: 50 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with VENLAFAXINE, TRAMADOL, DIAZEPAM, INDOMETHACIN, HEROIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
