Naltrexone side effect was reported by a Physician from on May 17, 2005. Female patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with pruritus and was treated with Naltrexone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, anxiety
, aphagia, condition aggravated, confusional state, frequent bowel movements, hyperhidrosis, nausea
. Naltrexone dosage: UP TO 400 MG, DAILY, PO. During the same period patient was treated with PROMETHAZINE, GLIMEPIRIDE, NIFEDIPINE, FUROSEMIDE, DIGOXIN, METOPROLOL, LOSARTAN POTASSIUM, LACTITOL. Patient died.
