Naloxone side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Dec 12, 2005. Male patient, 82 years of age, weighting 224.4 lb, was diagnosed with reversal of opiate activity, sedation and was treated with Naloxone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dysphagia, dyspnoea, nausea What is  nausea, retching, throat tightness. Naloxone dosage: 0.4 MG ONCE IV. Patient recovered.
