Naglazyme Side Effects Report #5397300-8
Naglazyme side effect was reported by a Health Professional from COLOMBIA on July 06, 2007. Male patient, child 3 years of age, weighting 24.25 lb, was diagnosed with mucopolysaccharidosis vi and was treated with Naglazyme. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alpha haemolytic streptococcal infection, cardiac failure congestive, culture positive, pneumonia , pulmonary hypertension , staphylococcal infection . Naglazyme dosage: 10 MG, QW; IV. During the same period patient was treated with BETA, BRONCHLODIALTOR, OXYGEN, FUROSEMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alpha haemolytic streptococcal infection, cardiac failure congestive, culture positive, oxygen saturation decreased, pneumonia , pulmonary hypertension , respiratory distress, sleep study abnormal. Naglazyme dosage: 10 MG; QW; IV. During the same period patient was treated with BETA, BRONCHODILATOR, OXYGEN, FUROSEMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory failure, alpha haemolytic streptococcal infection, cardiac failure congestive, haemodynamic instability, no therapeutic response, pneumonia , pulmonary hypertension , sleep apnoea syndrome, staphylococcal infection . Naglazyme dosage: 10 MG; QW; IV. During the same period patient was treated with BRONCHODILATOR, OXYGEN, FUROSEMIDE, BETA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute pulmonary oedema, cardiac failure congestive, chest pain , dyspnoea, international normalised ratio abnormal, pneumonia , sepsis . Naglazyme dosage: 22 MG;QW;IVDRP. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/30/2008.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure congestive, condition aggravated, endotracheal intubation complication, incorrect dose administered, lobar pneumonia, pneumonia bacterial, pulmonary hypertension . Naglazyme dosage: 25 MG;QW; IVDRP. During the same period patient was treated with CETIRIZINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 03/02/2009.
