Naglazyme side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on July 25, 2007. Female patient, child 7 years of age, weighting 46.96 lb, was diagnosed with mucopolysaccharidosis vi and was treated with Naglazyme. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain What is  abdominal pain, activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, aortic valve incompetence, carpal tunnel syndrome What is  carpal tunnel syndrome, condition aggravated, disease recurrence, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, haematochezia, headache What is  headache. Naglazyme dosage: 1 MG/KG; QW; IV. During the same period patient was treated with METHYLPHENIDATE, PREDNISONE, LANSOPRAZOLE, CALCIUM CARBONATE, DIPHENHYDRAMINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, child 7 years of age, weighting 46.96 lb, was diagnosed with mucopolysaccharidosis vi, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder and was treated with Naglazyme. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain What is  abdominal pain, activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, anal fissure, aortic valve incompetence, carpal tunnel syndrome What is  carpal tunnel syndrome, chest pain What is  chest pain, disease recurrence, dizziness What is  dizziness, dysuria. Naglazyme dosage: 1 MG/KG; QW; IV. During the same period patient was treated with METHYLPHENIDATE, PREDNISONE, LANSOPRAZOLE, CALCIUM CARBONATE, DIPHENHYDRAMINE, CLONIDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, child 11 years of age, weighting 44.09 lb, was diagnosed with mucopolysaccharidosis vi and was treated with Naglazyme. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aortic valve incompetence, cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest, mitral valve incompetence, pneumonia What is  pneumonia, pulmonary haemorrhage, pulmonary hypertension What is  pulmonary hypertension, respiratory tract infection, tricuspid valve incompetence. Naglazyme dosage: 20 MG QW IV. During the same period patient was treated with MEROPENEM, VANCOMYCIN, ERYTHROMYCIN, CIPROFLOXACIN, VORICONAZOLE, MILRINONE LACTATE, FUROSEMIDE, MORPHINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/25/2008.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, aortic valve incompetence, back pain What is  back pain, blood pressure decreased, cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest, diarrhoea, headache What is  headache, hepatomegaly. Naglazyme dosage: 20 MG; QW; IV. During the same period patient was treated with MEROPENEM, VANCOMYCIN, ERYTHROMYCIN, CIPROFLOXACIN, VORICONAZOLE, MILRINONE LACTATE, FUROSEMIDE, MORPHINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/25/2008.
