Naglazyme side effect was reported by a Physician from BRAZIL on Sept 04, 2007. Female patient, child 8 years of age, weighting 28.66 lb, was diagnosed with mucopolysaccharidosis vi and was treated with Naglazyme. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , apnoea, bradycardia, choking , dyspnoea, pyrexia. Naglazyme dosage: 1 MG/KG; QW; IV. During the same period patient was treated with BENADRYL. Patient recovered.

Naglazyme dosage: 1 MG/KG; QW; IV. During the same period patient was treated with METHYLPHENIDATE, PREDNISONE, LANSOPRAZOLE, CALCIUM CARBONATE, DIPHENHYDRAMINE. Patient was hospitalized.
