Male patient, 48 years of age, was diagnosed with staphylococcal infection What is  staphylococcal infection and was treated with Nafcillinection. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: systemic lupus erythematosus. Nafcillinection dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VANCOMYCIN. Patient recovered.
