Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: excoriation, nephritis interstitial, rash erythematous, rash maculo-papular. Nafcillinection dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CEFTRIAXONE, VANCOMYCIN, LEVOFLOXACIN, GABAPENTIN, HEPARIN, METOPROLOL SUCCINATE, PANTOPRAZOLE, ZINC SULPHATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
