Nafcillin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on May 13, 2005. Male patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with abscess  and was treated with Nafcillin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dialysis , nephritis interstitial. Nafcillin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DIALYSIS, VANCOMYCIN, CLINDAMYCIN. Patient recovered.
