Female patient, 76 years of age, was diagnosed with staphylococcal infection , febrile neutropenia and was treated with Nafcillin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, blood culture positive, nephritis interstitial, staphylococcal infection .
