Female patient, 45 years of age, was diagnosed with muscle spasticity and was treated with Myobloc. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: choking , dry mouth, gastrointestinal motility disorder, infrequent bowel movements, vision blurred. Myobloc dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MARCAINE, ULTRAM. Patient recovered.
