Myobloc Side Effects Report #5538362-4
Myobloc side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Nov 23, 2007. Male patient, child 10 years of age, weighting 51.59 lb, was diagnosed with muscle spasticity and was treated with Myobloc. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diplegia, dyspnoea, hyporeflexia, hypotonia, muscular weakness, off label use, productive cough, sleep apnoea syndrome. Myobloc dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BACLOFEN, ZANAFLEX, VALIUM, PREVACID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
