Female patient, 32 years of age, weighting 113.0 lb, was diagnosed with torticollis and was treated with Myobloc. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, gastrointestinal disorder, hypotonia, impaired work ability, influenza like illness. Myobloc dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 72 years of age, weighting 170.0 lb, was diagnosed with muscle spasticity, off label use and was treated with Myobloc. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disorientation, influenza like illness, injection site pain, pneumonia . Myobloc dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYMBALTA, ASPIRIN, LEVOTHYROXINE, BACLOFEN, ULTRAM. Patient died on 12/14/2006.
