Myobloc side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on July 17, 2006. Female patient, 30 years of age, was diagnosed with torticollis and was treated with Myobloc. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia nervosa, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, condition aggravated. Myobloc dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with off label use, salivary hypersecretion and was treated with Myobloc. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cognitive disorder, condition aggravated, gingival discolouration, headache , lymphadenopathy, mass, off label use, oral mucosal discolouration, pain in extremity. Myobloc dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with STALEVO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
