After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: choking , dysphagia. Myobloc dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LOPRESSOR, FUROSEMIDE, CALCIUM, TRICOR, VITAMIN CAP. Patient recovered.
