Myleran side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Oct 05, 2005. Male patient, 49 years of age, was treated with Myleran. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ascites, encephalopathy, international normalised ratio increased, multi-organ failure, venoocclusive liver disease. Myleran dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, convulsion, cytomegalovirus infection What is  cytomegalovirus infection, graft versus host disease, hyperbilirubinaemia, multi-organ failure, sepsis What is  sepsis. Myleran dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ANTITHYMOCYTE IG. Patient recovered.
