Myleran side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from GERMANY on June 08, 2006. Male patient was diagnosed with stem cell transplant and was treated with Myleran. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aplasia, graft versus host disease in intestine, graft versus host disease in skin, mucosal inflammation, neutrophil count decreased, platelet count decreased. Myleran dosage: 3.3 MG/KG/INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with FLUDARABINE PHOSPHATE, CYCLOSPORINE. Patient recovered.

Female patient was diagnosed with bone marrow transplant What is  bone marrow transplant and was treated with Myleran. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: mucosal inflammation. Myleran dosage: 1 MG/KG/SEE TEXT/INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, ETOPOSIDE, STEM CELL TRANSPLANT. Patient died.
